Terms and Conditions

June Press LLC

Last updated: August 20, 2026

1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at junepress.co (the "Site"), operated by June Press LLC ("June Press," "we," "us," or "our"), a letterpress and custom wedding stationery studio based in Washington State and organized as a single-member limited liability company. By browsing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

June Press offers custom and semi-custom letterpress and printed wedding stationery, day-of paper goods, and Squarespace wedding website design services (collectively, the "Services"). Our online Shop also offers ready-made items available for immediate purchase, made-to-order items produced after your order is placed, and digital gift certificates. Details about pricing, timelines, and deliverables for a specific custom project will be outlined in an individual project agreement, proposal, or invoice, which supplements these Terms.

3. Custom Orders

  • All custom and semi-custom work is made to order based on the specifications, quantities, and proofs approved by the client.

  • Design proofs will be provided for review before production. It is the client's responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, dates, names, and other details prior to approval. Once a proof is approved for print, June Press is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, revision rounds, and the time of year (particularly during peak wedding season).

  • A non-refundable deposit and/or signed project agreement may be required to reserve a production slot. Full terms for a specific order are governed by the individual client agreement.

4. Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice for future orders.

  • Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments; Apple Pay is also accepted at checkout where available. June Press does not directly store your full payment card details.

  • Payment terms for custom projects (deposits, installments, final balance due dates) will be specified in your individual invoice or project agreement.

  • Ready-made items purchased through the Shop are billed in full at checkout.

  • Made-to-order items are billed in full (or per deposit terms noted on the product listing) at the time of order, since production begins based on your purchase.

  • Digital gift certificates are sold through the Shop, delivered electronically, and may be redeemed toward eligible June Press products and services per the terms noted at purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash but may be used toward any eligible order until fully redeemed, consistent with applicable Washington State gift certificate law.

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of much of our work, deposits and completed custom items are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your project agreement or product listing.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, and content on this Site — including custom designs created for a client's project — remain the intellectual property of June Press unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use their commissioned stationery designs for their personal wedding purposes only. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. June Press retains the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
